By accessing or using Secretary, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Authority

You may use the service only for Google accounts and email data that you own or are authorized to access and manage. You are responsible for the actions taken through your connected accounts.

Permitted Use

• Use the service only for legitimate email productivity workflows presented in the app interface.
• Do not use the service to send spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful or abusive content.
• Do not use multiple accounts or automation in a way that bypasses platform rules, mailbox safety systems, or provider restrictions.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems.

Third-Party Services

The service depends on third-party providers, including Google and OpenAI. Your use of those providers through Secretary is also subject to their applicable terms, policies, rate limits, and technical availability. Features may stop working if a third-party provider changes its APIs, policies, or service status.

User Content and Instructions

You retain responsibility for the content of your emails, prompts, drafts, and any actions you confirm through the service. Secretary may generate suggestions and drafts, but you remain responsible for reviewing them before sending or applying them.

Availability and Changes

The service may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time. Features, user interface behavior, storage practices, and integrations may be updated without notice as the product evolves.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or fitness for any specific purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Secretary is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the use of the service.

Termination

Access may be restricted or terminated if these terms are violated, if use creates security or abuse risks, or if continued operation of the service is no longer practical.
